What types of events does The Show Company organise?
The Show Company specialises in college shows, corporate events, and large-scale auditorium performances. Our services include stand-up comedy shows, EDM and DJ nights, singing concerts, and live band performances. Whether it's a campus fest, corporate gala, or public auditorium event, we handle end-to-end production including artist booking, stage design, sound and lighting (through our partner VIGOR MENTORS), venue coordination, and post-event support.
How do I book a show for my college or company?

For corporate events, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Our team will work with you to understand your requirements and create a customised proposal that fits your budget and vision.
What does it cost to book a show?
It depends on the artist, the date, the city and the format. Artist fees run in tiers, from an emerging act to an established touring name to a national headliner. Production and artist travel add ₹40,000–₹3 lakh, depending on venue size and city, and most mid-size events land at ₹2–8 lakh for a headline act with production. What cities do you operate in?
The Show Company is based in India and operates pan-India across 50+ cities. We have executed shows in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Dehradun, Jaipur, and numerous other cities. For college shows, we have worked with institutions including Graphic Era, DPS and BITS Pilani. We can also arrange international events on request.
What is included in your event production services?
Our end-to-end production includes artist booking and management, stage design and setup, sound and lighting (through our partner VIGOR MENTORS), venue sourcing and coordination, technical crew, event management on the day, promotion support, and post-event wrap-up. We handle everything from concept to curtain call so you can focus entirely on enjoying the show.
How far in advance should I book?
For major events with headlining artists, we recommend 3–6 months in advance to secure the artists and venues you want. College fests typically require 1–3 months of lead time, and corporate events can sometimes be accommodated in as little as 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. The earlier you reach out, the better the artist selection and venue availability.
